Dr. Mohammed Al-Qahtani

Dr. Mohammed Al Qahtani is Fair Value's President and CEO. He holds a PhD in Business Administration, two Master's degrees in Business Administration and Research, a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, and over 17 years of experience in consultancy, business development, and evaluation of machinery, equipment, economic facilities, real estate and failed and existing projects.

Dr. Mohammed Al-Qahtani is a member of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem) in the field of business valuation (2210000019) and real estate valuation membership No. (1210000841).
Dr. Mohammed Al-Qahtani participated in Valuation of Assets exceeding SR 10 billion.
Dr. Mohammed Al-Qahtani has many voluntary contributions in his capacity as Vice Chairman of the Valuation Committee and his membership of the industrial and real estate committees in the Yanbu Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Khalid Al-Qahtani

Mr. Khalid Al-Qahtani is Jubail Branch Manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in communications and public relations from the Gonzaga University in addition to a diploma in senior management from Harvard University and several courses in the management and work of the budget for public relations, finance and personnel management.

He started his career with Aramco and then became the Director of Public Relations in RCJY and an advisor to the Director General.
He worked with the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), represented by the Saudi Methanol Company (Ibn Sina) in the field of public relations and services.

Mr. Khalid worked in the private sector and with investors in Jubail Industrial City and beyond, as well as major companies operating in the region such as Sasref, SABIC, Marafiq, Sipchem and Chevron.
He has vast experience in real estate and contracting. He has provided consulting services in the field of projects and real estate to many investors, giving them the right opportunities and manage them effectively.

Mr. Ahmed Rashid Al-Anaini

Mr. Ahmed Rashid Al-Anaini is the Branch Manager and the head of Business Development Department at Yanbu Branch. He holds a professional qualification from the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem) with membership of 1210000476 and has 15 years of experience in consultancy services and real estate appraisals. Mr. Ahmed Rashid Al- Anaini has carried out valuation and consulting work for assets exceeding one billion Riyals for more than 150 clients in various cities in the Kingdom and enjoys the confidence of a number of investors in the private sector and the government sector. Mr. Al- Anaini is a member of the Committee of Experts at the Yanbu Court and a member of the committees of valuation and real estate in the Yanbu Chamber.

Sheikh Bakheet Al Harthi

Sheikh Bakheet Al Harthy is the legal counselor of fair value. He is a member of the Saudi Bar Association. Sheikh Bhakeet is a practicing lawyer and a certified arbitrator from the Commercial Arbitration Center of the GCC. He is also a member of the International Academy of Mediation and Arbitration in Cairo, Egypt. He holds a Bachelor of Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Saudi Arabia

Mr. Osama Hossam Elddine

Mr. Osama Hossam Elddine, Business Development Manager in Jubail Branch is an experienced accountant with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Cash Flow, Business Planning, and Management. Mr. Osama holds a Bachelor Degree of Commerce - Accounting Department focused in General Accounting from Faculty of commerce and business administration - Accounting department- Helwan University. Cairo, Egypt 1989.

Mr. Amjed Abdulrahman

Mr. Amjed Abdulrahman is a senior consultant in Riyadh Branch. Mr. Amjad holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a CFA candidate and has experience in financial analysis, mergers, acquisitions and business development for 16 years. Mr. Amjad Abdul Rahman participated in providing consulting, financial analysis and data analysis for mergers, acquisitions, liquidation and exit, as well as business development for a number of projects inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and for a number of companies and various large entities with capital exceeding SR 12 billion.

Mr. Bader Al Qahtani is the lead PRO and Government affairs officer in Fair Value's Riyad Branch. He has established wide connections covering the majority of major sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
